Viking Shield Wooden

The Viking Wooden Shield is one of the most iconic pieces of Norse warrior equipment, used from the 8th to 11th centuries during the Viking Age.

• Viking shields were lightweight and versatile, allowing warriors to fight aggressively while still protected.
• Shields also played a role in the famous “shield wall” formation, where warriors locked shields together for collective defence.
