18th Century Cut & Thrust Sword
This sword incorporates the typical designs of cut and thrust swords from the late 1600’s and early 1700’s. The blade is a holdover of earlier designs while the shell style guard and grip are features that would become popular moving into the early 18th Century.
This 18th Century Cut and Thrust sword has a blade of EN45 high carbon steel and a hilt of cast brass. The scabbard is crafted from wood and is finished with a leather overwrap and brass fittings.
