New Medieval Closed Helmet

This is a replica of close helmet (or close helm), a type of fully enclosing combat helmet popular during the Late Medieval and Renaissance periods. It was used by knights and men-at-arms and featured an integral bevor and a pivoting visor.

This style of helmet was incredibly versatile and one of the last types of fully enclosed cavalry helmets used in battle.
The helmet in the image appears to be a modern replica, possibly made from 18-gauge carbon steel.
It has a classic design with a two-piece slotted visor that can pivot.
